Our staff is culturally and linguistically competent to provide the best services to students and their families. The majority of our staff comes from first-generation Hispanic/Latinx families, and most of our board members are first- or second-generation as well. Building trust is key to successful and effective outcomes, and it has been through our ability to understand our families' experiences that we have gained the trust of our community.
