Promoting Peer-to-Peer Learning

With nearly all of our LEADNow school clubs hosting regular in-person meetings again, students and their school sponsors are eager as ever to learn more about college, career readiness, and ways to educate their peers. Students are using this pivotal time in the semester to take the opportunity to explore careers and accumulate volunteer hours.

LEADNow Student Leaders are also participating in a contest to design a lapel pin for the program that will be worn by all Student Leaders across Sarasota and Manatee Counties. With the design of a pin, we want to foster the creativity of our students, and when they wear it, we want them to feel part of this leadership group. The UnidosNow team will pick one design to be cast and will award the winner and two runner-ups with several prizes.
